     B.A.E. Credit Union was chartered in 1956. The charter members included the superintendent of school, the business manager, and nine other school employees. We were formed to permit those in our charter to pool their savings and then lend them to one another, and own the organization where they save, borrow, and obtain related financial services. The eleven charter members began by depositing $5.00 each. Today B.A.E. Credit Union has over 2400 members and exceeds 25 million in assets.
     Our credit union is a state chartered, Federally insured, member owned, democratically operated, not for profit, cooperative financial institution.
